How do I select new versions?
Literally by ignoring the current unfavorable circumstances and affirming/visualizing/scripting a new version of them and focusing on that with persistence... it's also about self concept, they are reflecting back to you your beliefs about self, and what you assume about them based on your current experience of them and their behaviors.
